All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium equestrian apparel but understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary. Our policy reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Condition: Items must be unworn, with all tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Horse Riding Gloves
- Helmet Visors & Liners
- Horse Riding Socks
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
- Package Your Items: Securely pack items in their original packaging
- Ship Your Return: Send to 15 Lakewood Dr, Thunderbolt, US 31410 using a trackable method
Exchange Process
Follow the same steps as returns, clearly indicating in your email:
- Item you’re exchanging
- Desired replacement (size/color)
Note: For exchanges of higher value, you’ll pay the difference. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.

- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
